In this new partnership, Tony will advise Greengate Consulting on critical tax issues faced by foreign investors and businesses such as U.S. market entry, domestic business acquisitions, globally tax-efficient business structures and cross-border movement of capital. He will also consult the foreign owners of U.S. businesses on the tax complexities of their personal activities such as pre-immigration tax planning, favorable first-year residency provisions of U.S. tax law and tax-beneficial holding structures for real estate and financial investments.
